Electro-Mechanical Actuator

The Electro-Mechanical Actuator is a high-performance linear motion solution utilizing advanced Roller Screw technology to deliver an exceptional axial load capacity of 3,000kg. Designed for rapid 5-second stroke cycles over a 200mm range, this actuator providing the speed and force required for the most demanding defense and aerospace platforms.

Powered by a 415V, 3-phase, 50-cycle AC supply, the unit features a parallel motor orientation relative to the screw axis for a compact and robust form factor. For critical operational safety, it integrates a high-reliability IPE Fail Safe 40Nm clutch and an IR Lock ir35 backstop mechanism, ensuring stability and load retention during power loss or static holding conditions.

The mechanical interface is built with a hinge-type fixed end and a rod-end moving fitting, all shielded within an IP65-rated environment protection housing for all-weather survivability. While equipped with standard end-of-stroke limit switches, the entire system can be custom designed and manufactured according to specific client requirements, including specialized duty cycles and advanced position feedback configurations.
