The Central Gear Box is a high-capacity 40 kW Spiral bevel-Planetary unit engineered for heavy-duty defense automation. Featuring a precision-machined Aluminium Housing that maintains a total weight of approximately 126 kg, the assembly is designed for stable Horizontal Foot Mounted configurations across diverse tactical platforms.

The precision drive train is optimized for motor input speeds of 3500 rpm, delivering a specialized 10.08:1 actual gear ratio with an exceptional 95% efficiency. For long-term operational reliability, the system utilizes a Splash Lubrication mechanism charged with high-grade Synthetic oil (ISO VG 220), ensuring smooth torque conversion even under high service factors.

Delivering a rated input torque of 110 Nm with backlash controls refined down to 10 arc-min, this rugged unit maintains positional integrity under harsh ambient temperatures from -30°C to +55°C. Built for extreme field longevity, the mechanical architecture remains secure during stationary storage in temperatures reaching up to +70°C.
