Products refer to precision spindles, ball screws, rotary tables, bearings, locknuts, and CNC machines, as well as repair and reconditioning services.
RFQ means Request for Quotation submitted through our website.
Quote refers to a formal quotation provided by the Company in response to an RFQ.
You/Your/User means any individual or organization accessing this website or submitting an RFQ.
Services include spindle reconditioning, rotary table overhaul, ball screw repair, and bearing refurbishment.

2. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

3. RFQ Process and Quotation

3.1 RFQ Submission

3.3 Customization and Technical Specifications

The Products offered by the Company are highly customized and manufactured to meet specific customer requirements. All products are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications, drawings, and technical requirements provided during the RFQ process. The Company will confirm all technical specifications, tolerances, materials, and customization details in the formal quotation and purchase order process.

4. Product Specifications and Guarantees

4.1 Technical Specifications

All Products manufactured by Precision Machinekraft Pvt Ltd are built to the highest accuracy standards in accordance with specifications agreed upon in the purchase order. The Company maintains strict manufacturing processes and quality controls to ensure precision engineering excellence.

4.2 Warranties and Guarantees

All reconditioning and repair services (spindles, ball screws, rotary tables, bearings) are backed by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects
Warranty covers defects in workmanship and material replacement performed during the service
Warranty is valid only when products are used in accordance with manufacturer specifications and recommendations
Warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use, misuse, or improper installation

4.3 Testing and Documentation

All Products undergo comprehensive testing and validation. Testing documentation, performance reports, and compliance certificates will be provided with your delivery. For services, complete inspection and test documentation is included with every rebuild.

5. After-Sales Support

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Customer Responsibilities

8. Confidentiality

Information provided in your RFQ, including specifications, requirements, and technical details, is treated as confidential business information. The Company will not disclose this information to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law or to fulfill your order.

8.2 NDA Requirements

In exceptional cases where highly sensitive or proprietary information is shared, the Company may require you to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before proceeding with detailed discussions or proposals. Such NDA terms will be provided separately.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms are handled offline and will be specified in the formal quotation and purchase order. Payment discussions and arrangements will be conducted directly between you and our sales team. The Company does not process online payments through this website. All payment terms, conditions, and schedules must be formally agreed upon in writing before order confirmation.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and logistics arrangements depend on the terms agreed in your Purchase Order. The Company may either:

Arrange and manage shipping on your behalf (at cost)
Prepare Products for pickup at our facility
Coordinate with your preferred logistics provider

Customers are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Products for their intended business purposes only. No part of our processes, designs, or documentation may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, or shared without written permission.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
