Mast – 30MTR Telescopic Lattice Tower
The Mast – 30MTR Telescopic Lattice Tower is a high-performance triangular lattice structure engineered for the elevation of heavy payloads up to 300 kg. Designed for frictionless operation, the segments are guided by a combination of UHMWPE (Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) and SS 304, ensuring smooth transition from a 7-meter retracted height to a full 30-meter extension.
The deployment system utilizes a robust winch mechanism featuring a Direct drive Hydraulic Motor coupled with a Mechanical Gear Box. This configuration allows for the entire 30-meter tower to be extended or retracted in just 10 minutes, supported by a mechanical auto-locking and unlocking system that secures the structure at tactical heights for communication or radar deployment.
Engineered for extreme stability, the tower utilizes dual-height guy positions at 15m and 30m, enabling it to withstand wind speeds up to 120 kmph. The integrated safety suite includes a comprehensive lightening protection system, dedicated tower lighting, and status indication, with a built-in ladder on the base segment for physical access and maintenance.
