Levelling Jack

The Levelling Jack is a robust positioning system engineered for heavy platform stabilization, featuring a high-durability gear box body manufactured from Aluminum Alloy. Designed for rigorous field use, the assembly is equipped with high-performance PTFE cables and utilizes grease-packed lubrication with premium KLUBERISOFLEX grade for long-term operational reliability.
Powered by a 415V, 3-wire, 3-phase AC supply, this jack is capable of rapid deployment, achieving full extension in just 90 seconds inclusive of the leveling process. With a vertical speed of 1000 mm/min, the unit provides a significant lift stroke of up to 925mm from a compact closed length of 1200mm, ensuring adaptable ground clearance for mobile defense assets.
Specifically built to support a load carrying capacity of 20T per unit, the jack provides both automated and manual leveling options to ensure absolute platform stability on uneven terrain. The system handles a maximum inclination of 4 degrees while maintaining a strict leveling accuracy of ±0.05 degrees, making it suitable for high-precision radar and missile launcher alignments.
