Levelling Jack (Servo)

The Levelling Jack (Servo) is a defense-grade positioning system rated for 1.5 TON loads and engineered with absolute structural integrity. Built with En19 inner tubes and ST-52 Sa516 Grade 70 mounting plates, the entire assembly features IP65 protection, ensuring reliable operation in extreme environments from a compact closed length of 560mm.

The precision drive train utilizes a Trapezoidal Screw (36 X 3P) powered by a specialized 24 VDC Brushless DC Servo motor. Capable of a 250mm stroke at a steady speed of 4.5 mm/s, the jack integrates a landing base with a 6° tilting elephant foot, allowing for stable deployment and automatic terrain compensation on uneven ground.

Control and safety are managed through an integrated encoder system and dual limit switches for precise position tracking. For operational security, the unit supports a manual override mode providing 3mm of linear movement per rotation, allowing for mission-critical manual fine-tuning or emergency deployment without electrical power.
